On the 18 August we will set off on a 491 mile cycle ride from Land’s End to Lowestoft (most westerly point of the UK to the most easterly) which we have planned, trained and fundraised for ourselves. The purpose of the trip is to raise money to help Excelsior School, which is a township school in Cape Town, South Africa, that we will be visiting as part of the school rugby tour in August 2013. Excelsior School is fanatical about their rugby, but suffer from a lack of resources.
