Rumwell Farm Shop Welcomes Nursery!

Nursery were given a warm welcome at Rumwell Farm Shop this week. The children have enjoyed setting up a supermarket role play in the classroom and wanted to find out more about where food comes from. We were shown how Rupert, the butcher, makes sausages and he told us he makes about six hundred every week! We also visited the jam kitchen. We learnt that the most popular jam they make and sell is strawberry – so we bought some and enjoyed bread and strawberry jam back at Nursery! A big thanks to Rumwell and to Ann Mitchell for giving us such a special morning.
