Year 5's coastal experience

After their recent residential trip to Cornwall, Year 5 presented an assembly looking at coastal erosion to the rest of the school. They recently had a very wet week in Cornwall, trying out lots of outdoor activities like surfing, kayaking, climbing and abseiling, As well as finding out more about this term’s Geography project, ‘Coasts’.. During their assembly, which they prepared themselves, the children read poems they had written about coastal erosion, sang rap songs and acted out the erosion that the sea can cause.
