On Thursday 10 May, Year 1 left school in brilliant sunshine and soon found themselves in cloud!.  The further into Devon they went, the wetter it became. Despite the weather they had a fantastic time at Pennywell Farm; holding, feeding, milking and learning about many different farm animals.  They particularly enjoyed the ‘Red Rocket Ride’ at the end of their trip, which resulted in some very wet bottoms on the way home!  The children were delightful and their behaviour was superb.
