Location and Facilities
Wellington is an attractive rural town, steeped in history and set in the heart of the beautiful countryside of South West England. It has good road and rail links and is easily accessed from Bristol International Airport and London Heathrow.
The School benefits from considerable on-going investment. In recent years, this has created enviable new facilities including a purpose-built science centre, modern IT suites, an innovative £2.6m sports complex and a separate Junior School with inspirational internal design.
Founded in 1837, Wellington School offers a sympathetic blend between the traditional and the modern, with spacious boarding houses and light, airy classrooms surrounded by extensive landscaped grounds and well-tended playing fields.
