Little Shop of Horrors
Drama is a hugely important element in the extra-curricular life of any school, with the opportunities it provides for rewarding teamwork and improving self-confidence of individual participants. The range of performances at Wellington has expended enormously over the last few years, and opportunities are now provided at all levels, with a Lower School, Upper School, Sixth Form and main school play each year. We also try to explore a wide and exciting range of types of show and in combination with the Music Department have established a tradition of quality music theatre. Drama clubs throughout the school seek to develop pupil skills outside the specific contexts of set script work.
