We would love to show you around Wellington School to help you get to know more.  You can visit on a bespoke tour or an open event. Our open days are a great way to meet the students, tour our school and learn more about the school from the Head.  We hold regular open days, school in action days and sixth form information events.

If you prefer to arrange a bespoke 1:1 visit, we can arrange this for you, designing a tailored experience to suit your needs.

You can register your child/children at any stage by completing the registration form and paying a registration fee of £100 for UK students and £400 for International students. 

We will acknowledge your child’s registration and ask for your permission to allow the Head to contact your child’s current Headteacher to request school reports and a school reference.

At this point in the process, you may like to arrange for your child to spend a taster day with us. If you are considering a boarding place, your child may wish to experience a boarding taster.

Our Admissions Team will let you know about interviews and assessments and will guide you on your journey to joining Wellington School.  You can find out more information about assessments by following the link below.

On completion of the previous steps, the Head will write to you to offer a place. You will receive an offer letter, with an acceptance form and a copy of our terms and conditions.

To accept your place at Wellington School, we will ask you to complete and return the acceptance form, and pay the acceptance deposit (which is returned to you when your child leaves the school).  This will secure the place and form your contract with the school.

We will confirm with you that we have received your acceptance of the place and send you any further information to help you prepare for starting at Wellington, such as opportunities to visit the school with children joining at the same time. 

We will ask you to fill out a comprehensive joining pack so that we have all the relevant information on your child for a successful start at Wellington.
