Students travelling to Wellington School can book an airport transfer from selected UK airports as part of their course registration.

This service is available for flights scheduled to arrive or depart between 08:00 and 18:00. On arrival, a member of the Wellington team will be waiting in the arrivals hall to welcome students and accompany them to their transport. Staff will also assist with check-in at the residence where required, ensuring students settle in comfortably. 

Transfer Airports: • London Heathrow • London Gatwick • Bristol Airport • Exeter Airport

Transfers between the airport and accommodation are provided by private coach or minibus. Depending on arrival schedules, students may be asked to wait a short time while other participants arrive before the transfer departs. If students are travelling outside the scheduled dates, times or airports, alternative transport arrangements will need to be organised independently by parents or agents. Our admissions team is happy to provide advice if required.
