Outstanding Success at Richard Huish Model United Nations

There was no rest at the weekend for five of our pupils who swapped a lie-in for a day of diplomacy at the Model United Nations conference hosted by Richard Huish College.

Representing Pakistan and the United States, they negotiated resolutions on a range of current global issues, including the use of AI in warfare and deep sea mining.

It was a chance to think critically, work collaboratively and argue their case in a formal international setting and all of our pupil's represented themselves brilliantly.

Congratulations to Daniel, Year 8 and Kamsi, Year 12, who were both recognised for their outstanding contributions during the conference.
