On Friday morning our Royal Marine cadets were invited to attend the passing out parade of 388 troop Royal Marines at the Commando Training Centre in Lympstone.
Our cadets were given a presentation from the Commandant of the Centre about the Royal Marines and the journey the new Marines underwent over their 34 weeks training.
They then witnessed the Green Beret presentation, before the formal parade in front of all families. A fantastic opportunity and experience for them all.
Wellington is proud to have a CCF of over 300 cadets covering the Royal Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force and a Corps of Drums.
With school transport from Exmouth, Lympstone and Exeter and boarding places for all students nationally, we are proud to welcome military families to Wellington.
