British Shooting Championships Success For Dedicated Team
Wellington had an amazing day at Eaton Hall Shooting Ground for the British Shooting Championships on Saturday as one of only two schools from the whole of the southwest. The team really are an amazing asset to our school.
The Harding family supported the team with some practice shooting in The Valley before heading down to the competition stands. The team had a wonderful afternoon with fantastic shooting. William L straighted the first 3 stands - an incredible achievement .
Bertie H succeeded in winning his class, coming home with a huge trophy and shooting an impressive 46/50.
Overall, team Wellington came 6th across the whole country: a true testament to their ability and dedication to the sport.
