Year 13 Pupil Proudly Represented England At The HYLO Open, A World Tour Badminton Event.
During the half-term break, Year 13 pupil, Steve, proudly represented England at the prestigious HYLO Open, a World Tour badminton event held in Saarbrücken, Germany.
The World Tour represents the highest level of international badminton competition, with participation determined by world rankings and points. Competing among elite players from around the globe, Steve demonstrated outstanding skill, focus and determination throughout the tournament.
A highlight of his performance came when Steve and his partner were recognised by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) for producing the 'Rally of the Day', an impressive feat that was featured in German newspapers and widely shared across social media.
