This week we were competing at The Broderick Cup.
We have a team made up of Year 9 students, and the girls have performed superbly while competing against teams a year older.
After two matches, we are looking forward to our third group fixture. The team has batted exceptionally well, with several players hitting their first-ever sixes in competitive cricket. With the ball, they have bowled effectively and shown great awareness in the field, consistently limiting the opposition’s scoring.
