Wellbeing

Our Sport and Wellbeing programme is unique among schools.  

Our pupils rotate between five Wellbeing modules over the academic year. The Wellbeing programme includes modules on Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ), skill acquisition, swimming, yoga and gymnastics.  All of these modules help to improve fundamental movement patterns, strength, speed, robustness and general athletic preparation as part of the School’s ‘Building the Athlete’ programme.
