Events and Productions
The Drama Department is an incredibly busy place and they will always be working towards or putting on an event or production.
Typically within the Senior School we have two significant productions each year, one of these is normally a large scale musical and the other a straight play. These productions will give opportunity for pupils from all year groups to take part should they wish.
Antigone Highlights
As well as productions we also offer a number of theatre trips each term, these vary significantly from high energy musicals to hard hitting dramas. We try to make sure there are opportunities for all ages and interests. We also run a residential theatre trip each year to London where students have a chance to take in all that the West End has to offer, we even sneak in professional workshops and tours of some of the world’s most renowned theatre spaces.
There are a number of smaller events that are also highlights within the school year, LAMDA showcases, Lower School has Talent, professional workshops and of course our many academic performances.
