University Destinations
The number of Wellington students who secure places at top universities is always impressive.
In 2021 over 80% of students, who applied to university gained direct entry to their first choice or insurance offer. 60% of students wemt on to either Oxbridge or the Russell Group universities or equivalent. In addition, after leaving Wellington some of our pupils continue their studies at prestigious Art Schools and Music Conservatoires. One pupil went to Oxford while one student gained entry to Medical School and one pupil to went to study veterinary science.
Each year some of our pupils will take a gap year. Some will take on paid employment and apprenticeships or join the Armed Forces.
